What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers?

Free tier includes basic AI features with standard response times. Pro tier offers enhanced AI capabilities, faster response times (24h SLA), and priority support. Enterprise tier provides the fastest support (4h SLA), dedicated resources, and custom integrations.

How long does it take to get a response to my support ticket?

Response times depend on your subscription tier: Free users can expect a response within 48 hours, Pro users within 24 hours, and Enterprise users within 4 hours.

Can I attach files to my support ticket?
